Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026. These terms govern your subscription and use of the Attenzo SaaS infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Attenzo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and promise that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Attenzo is a subscription-based service. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Fees are typically calculated based on the number of active employees or a flat rate per tier. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
3. Acceptable Use and Compliance
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including labor and privacy laws. Specifically:
- You must obtain necessary consents from employees before collecting biometric data or using location tracking.
- You may not use the service to violate the rights of others or for any fraudulent activity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
The Attenzo platform, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Attenzo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attenzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of your plan.
